Frequently Asked Questions

Let us bring your carpet, upholstery or hard flooring back to life!

Do I have to move all my furniture?

No, It is not necessary to move all of your furniture out of the room before we clean the carpet. We can move large items such as sofas, and beds. It is helpful for smaller items to be moved where possible though. Items such as ornaments, books, small tables and rugs, etc. For the large items which need to remain in the room while the cleaning process is taking place, we use specially designed protectors to prevent moisture damaging the item or from the item staining the carpet. If you would like large items such as dressers moved these will need to be emptied of glassware and heavy items.

How long will it take to dry?

Many factors effect how long a carpet or item of furniture takes to dry. Some of these factors are:

  • How soiled the carpet or item is prior to cleaning
  • The type of carpet fibre or fabric
  • The amount of moisture in the air
  • The amount of ventilation in the room

As a general rule carpet takes between 4 and 8 hours to dry

What are your prices?

There are many factors which determine the cost of a clean. Some of these factors are:

  • How large the area is
  • What the fibre type is
  • How soiled the area is
  • If there are any stains and what the stain type is
  • What the access to the area is

Because there are so many variables we like to survey each and every area beforehand. By carrying out a survey we are able to give you a fixed price before we do any work. It also enables us to make sure we have any special equipment or solutions in stock to ensure you get the absolute best results. As a general rule we have a minimum charge of £85.

Will all the stains be removed?

We get great results with many types of stains, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. We do guarantee though that our specialist stain treatments will leave the area looking the best it can possibly can.

Do you use chemicals to clean?

We do use cleaning solutions to clean. All our cleaning solutions have been specially designed to be totally safe for people and animals when used according to their directions.

For people with allergies and sensitivities we have specially designed solutions which are derived from natural food grade ingredients. These solutions are designed specifically for sensitive people. They produce no odour and are totally safe.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheques and Bank Transfers.

What are your payment terms?

All payments are to be made the day of completion of work.

Carpet Cleaning the right way.

As part of our carpet cleaning process we use a machine which works the cleaning solution in to the carpet and also lifts the pile. Without this important step the carpet cannot look its absolute best. To find out how we can make your carpet look amazing send us a message.
